These shop conditions cover every purchase made through acrepace.info, which is run by Acre & Pace Apparel Ltd.. Completing a purchase confirms that you agree to them. Please review them alongside our Delivery, Returns, and Privacy guides.

The goods
Athletic apparel, technical sports garments, compression clothing, and fitness accessories designed for exercise routines and physical training. Each item listing sets out the fabric composition, cut, package count, and design. Studio pictures show genuine pieces, though wrapping and presentation may change slightly.
Ordering and contract
Your order is logged once you complete the checkout steps. We send an acknowledgement email straight away, and our sales agreement takes effect when your package is dispatched. If fabric runs out or your delivery address cannot be confirmed, we may decline an order and refund any collected funds immediately.
Prices and payment
All sportswear prices are listed in GBP and cover applicable VAT. Shipping rates are calculated and visible prior to purchase. Permitted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clear clerical price mistake occur, we reserve the right to correct it before postage and let you choose between confirming or cancelling.
Delivery
Shipping choices, transit estimates, and carrier rates are detailed on our Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the parcel shifts to you once the package is delivered.
Product images and colours
We photograph our athletic garments directly in the studio. Because screen settings, monitors, and ambient room lighting vary, slight tonal differences do not count as manufacturing defects or give grounds for complimentary returns. Fabric weights, sizing, and measurements are clearly shown on each product page.
Transfer of risk
Our workshop assumes responsibility for the clothing until the delivery driver hands the parcel over to you or your designated recipient. Loss or damage risks become yours from that delivery point. If you spot exterior parcel damage, please have the driver note it down and contact us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are welcome to return your gear within 30 days of receiving the package, following our Returns section. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all sportswear items sold by Acre & Pace Apparel Ltd. must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of delivery, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or appropriate refund.
- Custom-tailored, personalized, or individually customized athletic garments
- Garments damaged or deteriorated through improper wear or washed contrary to fabric care instructions
- Sports underwear, athletic base layers, and swimwear where protective hygiene seals have been broken or removed after delivery
- Items inseparably combined or altered after physical receipt
- Protective athletic mouthguards or reusable drink containers unsealed after arrival
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Acre & Pace Apparel Ltd. for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed £100.00 or the total purchase price paid for that order. Nothing stated in these shop terms restricts any legal obligations or consumer rights that cannot be limited under regional law.
Age and use
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to order from our store. Our sports clothing should be cared for according to the garment tags and is not intended to replace professional health advice.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot work through an issue together by talking, it will be handled by the court at our registered business location, while still respecting your local legal protections as a shopper.
