Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier shipping straight to your door: house, flat, town, and postcode. We might ask for a signature if your parcel is over £60.00.

Pickup point

Pick up your package at a local parcel locker or collection point. They hold the box for 7 days before sending it back to our workshop.

Delivery estimates count workdays once dispatched. Deliveries to rural locations might take an extra 1-2 days.

Order processing

If you place your order before 11:30 on a regular workday, it ships that day. Orders submitted after that cutoff, over the weekend, or during public holidays go out on the next working day. We send an order confirmation email with your reference code as soon as you check out.

All sportswear items are placed in moisture-resistant inner garment bags and sealed inside heavy-duty, recyclable polymer shipping mailers or reinforced corrugated boxes to prevent snagging, moisture exposure, or tears during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated notification is sent via email and text message containing your carrier tracking reference and direct tracking link to monitor your parcel in real time.

Lost or delayed parcel

If your parcel tracking does not update for 5 business days, reach out to us at [email protected] along with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and either ship a replacement or refund you in full: whatever you prefer, within 10 business days of your message.

Damaged on arrival

Examine your consignment upon arrival. If the external parcel or apparel shows visible transport damage, take photographs immediately, refuse the shipment if severe, and email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photo evidence for a prompt replacement or refund.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the delivery driver when your package reaches your hands. No advance payment is needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer the total directly to our business bank account; our bank details appear on screen and in your order email. Your package ships as soon as funds clear, which usually takes one business day.

We take Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask you for card information or online banking credentials over email or by telephone.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We deliver to a specific list of countries. You can review the exact postage rates and transit times in your cart before finishing your order. Any local import taxes remain the buyer's responsibility.
